About Us

Cujamaa is the brand name of H.B. Cujamaa & Associates LLC.  An innovation talent promotions agency that connects HBCU and other small to mid-size college engineering, computer science, and business academics with innovation thought leader coaches and corporate sponsors, primarily through competitions.

 We facilitate mutually beneficial partnerships, helping our coaches and corporate sponsors find talented hires and innovative solutions to their challenges.

We develop inter-collegiate technical competitions in conjunction with corporate sponsors and thought leaders.

Competitions are added regularly and may be in different stages of planning and execution at any given time. For the most up-to-date list of our current and announced competitions, check out our Competitions dropdown in the site header or menu.

Simply complete the appropriate application if you intend to be the Competition's Competitor, Thought Leader, or Sponsor and provide your competition idea in the form. We'll evaluate the idea and get back to you.  If we decide to develop the competition idea, we'll collaborate with you to further develop the idea.
